Most importantly, for all my friends and family members over the years who have absolutely no idea what I do — you know who you are: asking me "How's work?" just to be polite, then listening to my answer and staring at me blankly like my head was made of pepperoni — I've created the lengthy, yet entertaining story of what I do: the non-technical version. Well, okay...only mildly technical. (I figured I was safe using at least some computer terms, given you are reading this on the web.)
