Keith at Rio Claro — Our hike from San Josecito Beach took us here, to Rio Claro. We then took a boat up a short way to a waterfall. However, the real reason this photo is here is because this is very similar to the river we did cross in Corcovado the day before. |

Waterfall at Parque Nacional Corcovado — Fernando led us along an easy hike to this waterfall in Corcovado National Park, although the heavy rains made the water too rough for us to swim in. |

Waterhole Swimming — Carlos, on the other hand, found a pleasant waterhole a short way up Rio Claro from the beach, where we got to enjoy an exhilarating dip in and under the chilly waters. |
